Hello Dr Fawsy🙋♀️ This method could work on some patients but definitely not all. This type of music will bore some brains and they will in fact get preturbed and get figity…moody….and very comfortable. Also as some get when they listen to opera or classical music. It’s just not for everyone. U should write about alternative suggestions as well 🌻 Just saying

Just focus on that music is usful for mental health without complicating in scientific explanation in order to make the common and cultured people understand easily and not to be bored .
To simplify the useful information to c=the common , it is the best way.
