It is easy to get overcommitted and become overwhelmed by all you have to do. You may be constantly driving your children from place to place and trying to keep up with the cooking and the housework and dozens of other chores that never seem to end. Your boss may tell you to do this and do that and it seems it would take an army to keep up with all demands. You go home each night feeling drained and exhausted and guilty. You feel even further behind than when you went to work that morning.
One of the reasons we get overcommitted is because of guilt and the feeling that we should always say yes to people. The real problem isn’t that people make demands on us, but that we don’t know how to deal with these demands in a tactful way. A method that I’ve found extremely helpful is called ”punting.” You tell the person you need to think about their request and that you’ll get back to them . In the meantime , you can figure out what you want to do. If you feel overwhelmed and their request does not seem reasonable , you can practice how to say no.

So , it is so important to you and your family nowadays to do :-
1- Drink warm water from time to time to push any virus from the throat into the stomach and the stomach is so strong to kill any virus .
2- Sitting under sun some of time at home beside a window or your small garden because the sunlight kills the Coronavirus within 2 minutes if there are Coronaviruses on the body skin or cloths .
3- Walking much time at home or play any soft exercises to make the blood circulation stronger then the immunity system will be stronger too .
4- Drink lemon , eat fresh fruits everyday to make the immunity system stronger.

so true! i used to feel shy declining someone’s request (especially the unreasonable ones) earlier and felt so trapped under the pressure to fulfill it, but since last 4 years i have learnt the art to say ‘No’! and my mind is so much at ease since then. The irrelevant and troublesome people have been long chucked out of my life because of this new habit of mine, and I get the time to know that person’s real intent before I accidentally say a ‘yes, of course’ to him/her!
