I appreciate that most of the people are so depressed, sad and frustrated because of what Covid – 19 caused to our daily life. But we must know that the sadness , depression and frustration will not change your life to get better , but you hurt yourself and your health will be in dandgers . Just we need to think about positive thoughts daily to overcome our depression , sadness and frustration. We need to create the best positive thoughts which can make us happy .
I saw the birds in my garden early morning today , the birds made me to write this small article .
I see the birds are so happy to work early to find some foods to eat , not thinking to collect much , not collect more and more to be greedy , not thinking like us to buy a big house , palace , new car ,….. , they are only happy what they have at that moment.
