It is easy to change your mood quickly by going to the park or gradens near to you and when you see some birds , feed them by some foods. They will come to you happily and eat your foods, you will feel real happiness and no negative thoughts in these moments. You will see the life is so cute beautiful not complicated. Just we need to remove the negative thoughts quickly or gradually, then think about the life by positive thoughts , try to dream , plan to the future how to be great successful to feel happy most time.
